Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation

We help Australian SMEs move onto Microsoft's cloud ERP — migrated, configured and supported by an authorised Australian team. Finance, supply chain, sales and operations unified in one platform, with the workflows designed around it so adoption actually sticks.

What it is

One connected system instead of a dozen disconnected ones.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a cloud ERP that brings finance, purchasing, inventory, sales and operations into a single platform. It replaces the tangle of spreadsheets, entry-level accounting tools and standalone apps that most growing businesses outgrow — giving you one accurate view of the numbers and one place to run the business.

Because it is built on Microsoft's platform, it connects naturally to the Office and Power Platform tools your team already uses, and it scales as you add people, locations and complexity.

Who it's for

Australian SMEs that have outgrown their current tools and need a single source of truth.

  • Outgrowing spreadsheets and manual reconciliation
  • Hitting the ceiling of MYOB or entry-level accounting
  • Running a legacy or ageing on-premise ERP
  • Juggling disconnected apps that don't talk to each other
  • Scaling across teams, sites or product lines

What we deliver

End-to-end implementation, start to support.

A single accountable partner from the first discovery session through to ongoing support once you are live.

Discovery & scoping

We map how your business actually runs, define the target operating process, and scope a fixed, sensible implementation before a single licence is bought.

Data migration

Chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, items and open balances moved across from MYOB, spreadsheets or your legacy ERP — reconciled and verified, not just imported.

Finance configuration

General ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, GST and BAS-ready reporting set up to Australian requirements so month-end is faster and cleaner.

Supply chain & operations

Inventory, purchasing, warehousing and sales/operations configured to match how your team moves stock and fulfils orders day to day.

Power Platform automation

Approvals, alerts and repetitive admin automated with Power Automate, plus Power BI dashboards that surface the numbers that actually drive decisions.

Integrations

Business Central connected to the tools you already rely on — CRM, e-commerce, payroll, logistics — so data flows once and lives in one place.

User training

Role-based training for finance, operations and management so the platform is adopted with confidence, not worked around.

Ongoing support

A named Australian team for enhancements, new modules and day-to-day questions once you are live — the system keeps pace as you grow.

Why ClarityPath

We design the process, then make the system enforce it.

Plenty of partners can install the software. The difference is what happens around it — and whether your team still uses it in six months.

Authorised implementation partner

We are an authorised implementation partner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — you get a delivery team accountable for the outcome, not a licence reseller.

Australian team, local requirements

GST, BAS and Australian reporting are handled properly, and you deal with people in your own time zone throughout the project and beyond.

Process-first, not software-first

We design the operating process first, then make the system enforce it. That advisory discipline is what turns an ERP rollout into results your team actually adopts.

Common questions

Business Central, answered.

How long does a Business Central implementation take?

Most SME implementations run between eight and sixteen weeks, depending on the number of modules, data volume and integrations. After discovery we give you a fixed scope and a realistic timeline before any work begins — no open-ended engagements.

How does licensing and pricing work?

Business Central is licensed per user (Essentials or Premium) on a monthly subscription through Microsoft. Our implementation is quoted separately as a fixed scope based on complexity and the modules you need. You will see both the licence and implementation cost clearly before committing.

Can you migrate us from MYOB, spreadsheets or a legacy ERP?

Yes. Migrating Australian SMEs off MYOB, disconnected spreadsheets and ageing on-premise ERP systems is core to what we do. We map, cleanse and reconcile your data so opening balances and history land correctly, and we run the migration in a test environment first.

Is Business Central cloud-based and secure?

Business Central runs on Microsoft's Azure cloud with enterprise-grade security, automatic backups and role-based access control. There is no server to maintain, updates are managed by Microsoft, and your team can work securely from anywhere.

What happens after go-live?

You are supported by a named Australian team for enhancements, new modules, training top-ups and day-to-day questions. As your business changes, we adjust the configuration and add capability so the system keeps enforcing the right process.
